Return & Exchange policy

We demonstrate our items online with details, as careful as we can do, and try all our best to avoid mistakes and puzzles, if there is any question, or more details need to be supplied, please let us know.
All of the customers order will be coded in our computer with our shipping management system, to insure there is not wrong shipping.
All items will be tested in good and working condition, under our manufacture QC and our stock QC control.
All returns and exchanges will cost handling fees, and shipping charges, which have to be paid by the buyers, if this case happen to arise. The buyers need to pay round-trip shipping charges, and 5% handling charges from the order amount.
 
For Returns:
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and must be in resalable conditions. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return. The $9.99 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. The refund will be posted to your credit card account within 5-10 days after we received the returns.

No deliver:
When customers asking for a refund because of their own reasons, such as negligence or later changing the idea and so on, a 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. All money will be refunded if the goods are out of stock.

For Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit and are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
